About STAYO
STAYO is a Philippine-based accommodation reservation and distribution service connecting guests with vacation rentals, serviced apartments, and short-term stays.
Our goal is simple: help guests find comfortable places to stay while helping property owners reach more potential guests through additional booking and marketing channels. From city stays and business trips to family vacations and extended stays, STAYO is committed to providing a seamless reservation experience and access to quality accommodations.
As STAYO continues to grow its network of partner properties, we aim to make quality accommodations more accessible while creating greater opportunities for property owners to reach new guests across the Philippines.

Terms of Stay
STAYO is an accommodation reservation and distribution service designed to help guests discover quality accommodations while helping property owners increase visibility and reach more potential guests through additional booking and marketing channels.
Reservations made through STAYO are subject to the policies, house rules, operational requirements, and applicable terms of the selected accommodation. Check-in and check-out procedures, occupancy limits, amenities, cancellation policies, security deposits, building regulations, and other stay-related conditions may vary depending on the booked property.
Accommodation descriptions, photographs, amenities, rates, availability, and other property information may be provided or supplied by property owners, managers, accommodation providers, or STAYO. While STAYO makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of information presented, certain details may change and remain subject to availability and confirmation at the time of booking.
Guests are expected to comply with all applicable property rules, building regulations, community policies, and local laws during their stay. Guests may be responsible for any loss, damage, additional charges, penalties, or violations arising from their actions or those of their accompanying occupants, invitees, or visitors.
While STAYO assists in facilitating reservations, accommodation exposure, guest communications, and booking-related coordination, the day-to-day operation, maintenance, condition, safety, cleanliness, security, utilities, facilities, and management of each accommodation remain the responsibility of the respective property owner, manager, or accommodation provider.
Accordingly, STAYO shall not be responsible for issues arising from property operations, maintenance concerns, utility interruptions, building management actions, facility closures, acts or omissions of third parties, force majeure events, or other matters beyond STAYO's reasonable control. However, STAYO may, at its discretion, assist guests and property partners in facilitating communication and seeking reasonable resolutions when concerns arise.
Any concerns, requests, incidents, complaints, or disputes relating to a specific accommodation should be reported as soon as reasonably possible to the appropriate property representative or designated contact person. STAYO may assist in coordinating communications but does not guarantee the performance, actions, obligations, or representations of third-party property owners, managers, or accommodation providers.
By making a reservation through STAYO, guests acknowledge and agree to comply with the applicable policies of the booked accommodation and these Terms of Stay.

| Booking cancellation |
Cancellation and Modification Policy Cancellation and modification policies vary depending on the rate plan selected at the time of booking. • Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded. Cancellations made outside the allowed period or no-shows may incur charges equivalent to one night or the full stay. |
| Reservations and No-Show Policy |
All reservations made through our website are subject to room availability and confirmation. A booking confirmation will be sent via email once your reservation has been successfully completed. If a guest fails to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice, the reservation will be considered a no-show and the applicable charges will apply. The remaining nights may be released. |
| Rates, Charges and Payment Policy |
All room rates are quoted in Philippine Peso (PHP) and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated. Rates may change without prior notice but confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed rate. Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the selected rate or promotion. Accepted payment methods are indicated on the website. Failure to complete payment may result in automatic cancellation of the reservation. |

| Property Rules, Smoking and Pet Policy |
• Guests are required to comply with all applicable property rules, building regulations, and community policies during their stay. • Smoking policies vary by accommodation. Smoking is strictly prohibited in non-smoking properties and may result in additional cleaning fees, penalties, or other charges imposed by the property. • Pet policies vary by accommodation. Pets are only permitted in properties that expressly allow them and may be subject to additional requirements, fees, or restrictions. • Guests are responsible for ensuring that all occupants and visitors comply with the applicable property rules throughout the stay. • Violations of property rules may result in penalties, denial of entry, early termination of the stay, or additional charges in accordance with the policies of the booked accommodation. |
| Liability |
• Guests are responsible for the safekeeping of their personal belongings and valuables during their stay. • STAYO, the property owner, host, manager, accommodation provider, and their respective representatives shall not be liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, except as may be required by applicable law. • Guests are encouraged to secure their valuables and exercise reasonable care while using the accommodation and its facilities. • STAYO facilitates reservations and guest communications but does not own, operate, or manage all accommodations listed through its network. |
| Force Majeure |
• STAYO shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, cancellation, failure to perform, or inability to provide services resulting from events beyond its reasonable control. • Such events may include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, severe weather conditions, floods, earthquakes, fires, pandemics, epidemics, government actions or regulations, public emergencies, labor disputes, transportation disruptions, utility interruptions, internet or telecommunications failures, civil disturbances, acts of terrorism, war, or other force majeure events. • In the event of a force majeure occurrence, STAYO may assist guests and accommodation providers in coordinating alternative arrangements where reasonably practicable, but cannot guarantee availability, relocation, refunds, compensation, or uninterrupted services. |
| Privacy Policy |
• Personal information collected through STAYO may be used for reservation processing, guest communications, payment processing, check-in coordination, customer support, operational requirements, legal compliance, and other legitimate business purposes related to the provision of accommodation reservation services. • STAYO takes reasonable measures to protect personal information and handle it in accordance with applicable data privacy laws and regulations. • Personal information may be shared with property owners, hosts, managers, accommodation providers, payment processors, or service partners only to the extent necessary to facilitate reservations, provide requested services, comply with legal obligations, or support business operations. • By using STAYO's services, guests consent to the collection, processing, and use of their information for the purposes described above. |
